Vendors: This space rental charge will come with a variety of perks; including vendor lanyards and badges, entry into all networking events and parties, discounted hotel packages, and numerous other business development opportunities.
Buyer Preview: Multiple badge designations will be available online, in advance and at the door for the Buyer Preview and all-show pass. This badge price will come with access to the vendor area during the Buyer Preview hours on Saturday morning, as well as admission during hours open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. Buyers will also receive a lanyard and badge, and gain admission into any networking and/or social events held during the Showcase.
Public Entry: Tickets will be available online, in advance and at the door for adults 18 and up only. This entry fee will allow the public to enter the vendor area during public hours on Saturday and Sunday only.
Vendor services will be provided by Freeman Co. Once the Vendor has paid their deposit amount and are assigned a booth number, Vape Showcase will send your information to Freeman so that they can set you up in their system. The Vendor will then be contacted regarding ordering services. If you are a past customer of Freeman, you can order your services as soon as you are assigned a booth number. Any furniture orders, carpeting, draping, freight, and shipping questions should be directed to Freeman. The Vendor Kit will be distributed and posted closer to the event date. Electricity and Wi-Fi are NOT included with the booth cost, and will be purchased separately. Details will be provided in your Vendor Kit.
